No reason can stop a determined woman from achieving anything she wants in life, not even pregnancy. Yes, you read it right. There are women who were and are unstoppable even when they are pregnant. Here, let us salute and bring into focus those wonder women who are really making things go the opposite direction from what it should be:
Kristie Moore: A Canadian curler Kristie Moore took home silver in 2010 at Vancouver Olympics. She was five month pregnant when she won the medal.
Kareena Kapoor Kareena Kapoor, a renowned actress and a mother of 5 month old toddler was in full form when she was pregnant even. In her next film, ‘’Veera De Wedding, she flaunted her real baby bump back last year. Some of the scenes carry her baby bump with much grace.
Juno Stover Irwin: Not only now, but back in 1952 even wonder woman existed. Juno Stoner Irwin was an American driver who competed when she was three and a half month pregnant. Not only this, she took home a bronze medal that year even.
Scarlett Johansson: This Hollywood actress worked in the movie Avengers: Age of Ultron when she was pregnant with her first child. She was heavily pregnant at that time and so the director of the movie had to hire body doubles. Not only this, but some scenes had to be digitally corrected and the baby bump had to be deleted.
Cornelia Pfohl: Cornelia Pfohl is a German Archer who competed in Olympics when she was pregnant twice. First time she was newly pregnant and she won bronze at the Sydney Games. After four years, she again competed while she was seven month pregnant in Athens.
Penelope Cruz: Penelope Cruz was two month pregnant when she shot for Pirated of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides. While filming the action scenes, she had to wear corsets and even pull off sword fighting scenes apart from some action scenes. All the scenes were pulled off by her.
Magda Julin: Magda Julin, in 1920 won gold medal in Antwerp Olympics. She was a Swedish figure skater and was three month pregnant when she won the medal.
Halle Berry: In 2013, she with the whole world was surprised to know that she was pregnant. But her spirits towards her commitment were never bogged down by this. She gave all her shot for the film X-Men: Days of Future Past with same grace and dedication.
Kerri Walsh Jennings: Jennings was five week pregnant when she won her third Olympic Gold in beach volleyball at the London Olympics.
Juhi Chawla: The Indian actress was expecting her first child when she worked for the movie Aamdani Atthani Kharchaa Rupaiyya. She did not stop here, she worked for the film Jhankar Beats when she was seven month pregnant with her second child.
Alysia Montano: A wonder woman, Alysia Montano ran 800 metre race in 2014 when she was eight month pregnant. The marathon was US track and field Championships.
