6 Foods Should Avoid on Empty Stomach

In the morning, when we wake up, we instantaneously want to gobble up that comes to our eyes. But their are some foods that should be avoided in the morning and also, the foods will satiate our hunger will also create problems.

Let’s see five foods one should never eat first thing in the morning:

1. Yogurt and other Fermented Milk Products

Milk is acidic in nature and it forms hydrochloric acid when taken empty stomach and it also kills bacteria, which leads to acidity. So, never have curd as first thing in the morning.

2. Banana

Best known as super food, banana satiates hunger and it also contains large amount of Calcium and Potassium levels in blood, it causes mineral imbalance in our body.

It is also super food for our body but you know, tomatoes contains loads of Vitamin C and tannic acid which is major cause of gastric problems in our body when had empty stomach.

Pears contain crude fibre which is difficult to digest when had empty stomach and it can also harm the mucous membrane of stomach, small intestine and large intestine.

5. Raw Vegetables

They are great source of proteins and iron but when we have them empty stomach, they cause flatulence, abdominal pain and heartburn.

If you are drinking tea and coffee empty stomach then you are posing yourself trouble for the whole day as it causes heartburn and indigestion in your body.
