Viewing the acrobats of the metal bird flying in air, is always a thrilling experience and what a thrill, when you see special show of the military aircraft’s.
The occasion was 11th edition of Aero India air show that started in Bengaluru on Tuesday. The sky was filled with colours, acrobats and somersaults of the flying aircraft’s and helicopters .It was at the Yelahanka airbase, which was dazzled with daredevil acts of metal birds.
Termed as the Asia’s premium Aerospace and Defense Exhibition – Aerospace 2017 was inaugurated by Defense Minister Manohar Parrikar. Global Aerospace is eyeing on the Indian Defense Market and trying to sell the military deals worth millions of dollars.
The dignitaries present were Army Chief Marshal BS Dhanoa and Navy Chief Admiral Sunil Lanba and Army Chief Gen Bipin Rawat. The breathtaking stunts were performed by the helicopter display team “Sarang”, Indian Air force’s “Surya Kiran” and “SKYCATS- Scandinavian Air Show”.
It was a special occasion for Surya Kiran Aerobatics (SKAT) with a fleet brand of new engine and advanced aircrafts with Hawk technology.
The light Cheetal helicopters followed the show after that; these are called Light Utility Helicopter (LUH) and Light Combat Helicopter (LCH). The show was a colourful sight of air filled with various colours.
This was the most spectacular show in India and is watched by hundreds of metal bird lovers and the defense personnel’s. Captivating performances were done by the following aircraft’s and helicopters HTT-40, LCH, LUH, Tiger Moth, homegrown LCA (Tejas), F16, Pilatus PC-7.
