The Seven day weight loss programme developed by General Motors also known as GM Diet Plan.

The DIET Plan is designed in such a manner that it doesn’t disrupt your bowel movements that usually happens when one is on diet and intake of proteins is increased. This leads to constipation but when you will follow this GM DIET PLAN, nothing of that sort will happen as the fiber intake is increased considerably.

DAY 1: FRUITY DAY FOR YOU.. Have any amount of fruits you like, avoid intake of Banana.

Day 2 : Carb carving is waiting for you .. Burn it with large boiled potato and have veggies as much as you can.

DAY 3 : Again repeat Veggies , today avoid intake of potato

DAY 4: Your feast day as you can have Banana and milk as much as you can .. This will help your body in reconcile the CARBS..

Day 5 : Starchy DAY .. Have rice which are not only filling but it is the rich source of carbohydrates which is essential in sustaining energy..Brown rice, for every half cup of brown rice , you will have 110 calories and 2gm each of fiber and proteins and along with that have ripe Tomatoes.

DAY 6 : Today have a TREAT , have one cup of brown rice , cooked veggies but no OIL … AND LOADS OF WATER

Day 7 : Feast Day for you again and have a cup of brown rice and JUICESS… it will bring glow to skin and increase your metabolic rate too.. Kill two birds with one stones..
