To prepare it you need minced mutton, 2 eggs, chopped onion, green chili, Bengal gram soaked overnight, garlic, cumin seeds, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, red chilies and oil to fry. Boil the minced meat with salt and grind it. Mix the grinded meat with garlic, cumin seeds, cardamoms, cinnamon, ginger, peppercorns, red chilies and soaked gram dal and grind it again. Beat the eggs and mix it and prepare uniform dough with green chilies and onion. Prepare the flattened balls of kebabs and fry in hot oil.

Chicken Tikka Kebab recipe needs 30min to be cooked. Ingredients needed is boneless chicken breast, chopped capsicum, chopped onion, yogurt, ginger and garlic paste, green chilies, lemon juice, tandoori chicken masala, chopped coriander leaves, salt and oil to fry. Start will marinating chicken with yogurt, ginger and garlic paste, chilies, lemon juice, tandoori masala, cooking oil, coriander leaves, butter and salt. Keep it for few hours to get the marination done. Preheat the oven at 300F degrees and place the chicken in skewers with diced pieces of onion and capsicum. Roast it for 15-20minutes. Serve hot.

Hariyali Chicken Kebab is something that is healthy and tasty as well. ingredients needed is boneless chicken, thick curd, lemon juice, coriander leaves, mint leaves, methi leaves chopped, spinach leaves ginger and garlic paste, green chilies, red chilies, coriander powder, garam masala powder, butter, cooking oil. Marinate the chicken with salt, red chilies, lemon juice, butter and salt. On the other hand chop methi and boil it. Mix the boiled methi with spinach, coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger and garlic paste and green chilies. Make a smooth paste of it. coat the chicken pieces with curd and the green paste made with various leaves. Keep the marinated chicken for 20minutes. Preheat the oven at 350F and put the chicken pieces on the skewers and roast it for 15-20 minutes. Serve it with onion and chutney.

Reshmi Kebab is something like you are eating kebabs made of cotton. All you need to prepare this delicacy is boneless chicken, curd, ginger garlic paste, cashew nuts, almonds, lemon juice, fresh cream, red chili powder, black pepper powder, freshly chopped coriander leaves, salt, oil to fry. Firstly mix curd, ginger garlic paste, cream, salt, lemon juice, chopped coriander and other spices well enough. Mix paste of almond and cashew nuts in it. Marinate the chicken in yogurt mixture and oil for 1 hour. Preheat the oven at 350F degrees for 5 minutes and place the chicken pieces on the skewers for 20-30 minutes. Galouti Kebab is one of the most sorted out kebab in the world of kebabs. Galouti kebab is made up of minced lamb meat and mild spices. To prepare this type of kebab all you need is lamb meat, ginger garlic paste, butter, raw papaya paste, red chili powder, garam masala powder, chana dal (slightly roasted), chopped onions, salt to taste, oil for frying. Mix all the ingredients well with minced meat and keep it in for two hours. Fry in hot oil after forming the patties shape. The Galouti kebabs are ready to be served with mint chutney and onion rings.
