Quick Smoothies for Busy Summer Mornings

Did anyone ever greet you with Good Morning? Jesus, I hope not. That would probably put me over the edge in the morning. But these smoothies will softly whisper that greeting to you as you take a sip.

1. Pineapple Banana Smoothie

It will take you only ten minutes. Yes, only ten minutes. Blend pineapple, banana and almond milk in a blender. You will have to blend it until it’s smooth and then serve it with or without ice cubes.

2. Watermelon Orange Smoothie

Take full-fat coconut milk and seedless watermelon chunks (slightly frozen chunks work best). After this, take juice of orange about half a cup if you use three small chunks of watermelon and blend all together on high for about a minute or so until smoothie consistency.

3. Kiwi Banana Smoothie

All you have to do is cut the kiwi into half and then scoop out the flesh. The peel is of no use so, you can keep them away. Now, peel the banana. Break the flesh into smaller pieces. Take yogurt and blend it along with the kiwi and banana until smooth.

4. Berry Green Smoothie

You need mixed berries, baby spinach leaves, fresh orange juice, banana, yogurt and water. Blend it all together until smoothie consistency. This smoothie is a quick way to get extra fruits vegetables and fiber in your daily diet.

5. Peach Carrot Smoothie

You will only require four ingredients, banana, peach, coconut water and Greek yogurt. If the peaches aren’t sweet, add a little honey and blend it all together in a blender. If you wish you can even use a strainer to strain the smoothie and make it even smoother.
