Remembering Martyrs on Shaheed Diwas : Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev

Today, whole nation is remembering Martyrs on the Shaheed Diwas and how the sacrifice of these three has given us the freedom.

Do you understand what is the meaning of FREEDOM, ‘Ask that parrot that is caged, how that bird feels who can fly freely in the sky’.

This sacrifice resulted in the freedom of India and now let’s get a glimpse in the life of three, firstly Bhagat Singh.

Bhagat Singh was born 27th September 1907 in Banga, Lyallpur Tehsil (now Pakistan). He was a charismatic revolutionary and an Indian socialist revolutionary. He stood against the British Raj and he was arrested for the bomb explosion in the Assembly Chamber, which took place on 8th April 1929. Then the trail took place and on the day of 23th March, the three were hanged till death.

Rajguru- His full name was Shivaram Hari Rajguru, was born on 24 August 1908 in Khed, Pune and was an Indian Revolutionary. His hometown is known as the Rajgurunagar now.

Sukhdev- His complete name was Sukhdev Thapar and he was born on 15th May, 1907 in Ludhiana, Punjab. He was part of Hindustan Socialist Republican Association (HSRA), he was involved in Lahore conspiracy and was better known for this.

All the three freedom fighters sacrificed their lives for the nation and the result was freedom. The famous trio lost their lives when they were young and the revolutionary were fighting for freedom.
