Turmeric and Ginger Tea – As both ginger and turmeric are anti – inflammatory so it will help osteo arthritis. Turmeric has antioxidant named Curcumin , a powerful antioxidant and it lowers the production of two enzymes that causes inflammation.

Epsom Salt Soak – It contains magnesium sulphate (MgSO4 ), which is a magical substance for getting relief from pain. A daily religious treatment of knee and feet will help in relieving the pain.

White Willow Tea (Original Aspirin)

White willow bark, found in late 1829, has some incredible healing properties; it has one active ingredient called Salicin.

Salicin is converted to Salicylic acid which is ASPIRIN
